SILPHIUM PERFOLIATUM

Cup Flower- This hardy plant species is a member of the Aster family   native to eastern and central North America. It is an erect herbaceous perennial with triangular toothed leaves, and branched stems of daisy-like yellow  flower  heads in summer. Grows to around 2 m tall and makes a real statement in the garden in a sunny situation
