MORAEA VILLOSA HYBRID

The beautiful peacock iris, named as such for obvious reasons. Comes into growth through winter and flowers in early spring. From small corms that produce grass like foliage, arise stems to 30cm of stunning blue speckled flowers in large numbers, with a darker peacock eye. A warm sunny well drained situation suits best. In cooler areas they can be grown in pots with a free draining sandy mix. Keep dry during summer when the bulbs are dormant.
