From Uruguay this brightly coloured bulbous plant produces masses of golden yellow cup shaped flowers that nestle in the foliage over a long period during late winter and spring. A great bulb for a pot although it does equally well in the garden in a well drained sunny situation. There is several bulbs in each 9cm container coming into seasonal growth
