ACNISTUS AUSTRALE

A rather rare shrub, a relative of the Brugmansia or angels trumpet. Deciduous in cooler areas and easily pruned to size. Grows to around 3 metres tall and smothers itself in soft blue  flared trumpets for a long periods of time several times a year for me. Requires a well drained situation with some afternoon shade. Give protection from heavy frost, does fine for me outdoors in the top of the south. These plants are growing in 9cm containers
